Take in Lethbridge’s iconic coulee views when you host your event with us downtown at the Sandman Signature Lethbridge Lodge. With 190 hotel rooms under the same roof as your event space, guests are just steps away from your function as well as our tropical atrium, hotel breakfast, and our partner restaurant Italian Table.
We also rent versatile spaces at the Sandman Hotel, just off Highway 3 on Mayor Magrath Drive South. We have rooms available to meet every vision and every budget.

Yes, please let us know about all allergies and dietary restrictions at least three days before the event.
Children aged 6 to 12 are $15 and children under 5 eat for free from the buffet or $9 if they require a plated meal.
Yes.
We don't charge you to hold your date as long as you keep us in the loop on your decision making process. If someone else wants to book the date, then we'd ask you to make an immediate decision. We recommend you make a decision within a week of receiving a quote from us.
Yes. We simply reserve the right to control volume and bass levels throughout the evening.
Yes, then you only have to decorate one space! We simply need two hours from the end of the ceremony to the beginning of the reception to flip the room. This flip would only cost you $300 (which is much cheaper than renting a separate venue).
We provide black or white tablecloths, black or white skirts, and cloth napkins in a variety of colors. Beyond this, decor is up to you. We can also recommend local decorators.
Yes. While we don't book hotel rooms directly, we can put you in touch with the sales team at Sandman Hotels to set up a block of rooms for your guests as well as a honeymoon suite for newlyweds.
We typically finalize details six weeks to two months prior to your event. At this time, we ask for an update on your expected guest count but don't need your guest list until two weeks prior to the event. At this time, we ask for the final and full payment. Three days before your event, you can change your guest count +/- 10%.
The hotel has a breakfast area, on-site restaurant (Italian Table), business center, lots of free parking, a swimming pool and hot tub, a fitness room, and wheelchair access.
Yes, the Aspen Ballroom (which is part of our Grand Ballroom), Antons Ballroom, and all of our Poplar Rooms have natural lighting.
We have over 500 free parking spaces, including parking at the front of the hotel as well as a large meeting/conference parking area at the rear of the hotel.
Yes, you will find complimentary WIFI in all of our meeting spaces and hardwired internet available in all of our ballrooms to accommodate live streaming of your event.
To demonstrate our commitment towards Truth and Reconciliation, we acknowledge that our business is conducted on the traditional territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy who are made up of the Piikani Nation, Kainai Nation, and Siksika Nation and Amskapi Piikani Nation. We acknowledge that the Tsuut'ina Nation, Stoney Nakoda Nation, and Métis First Nation have also come to call these territories home. We acknowledge the people past, present, and future who make their home in these lands, and recognize these things in the spirit of Truth and Reconciliation.
